Well, my favorite place as an eco-conscious & veggie lover was Cape Fruit Natural Bar & Cuisine in Santa Maria. During my stay on Sal Island, whilst island hopping Cape Verde as a female solo traveler and vegetarian, I had lunch here almost every day. The cute, charming natural food bar offers a menu with vegetarian & vegan options, a variety of fresh smoothies and fruit juices, and also a daily menu with plates that change every day. The eco-friendly place is also super nicely decorated with recycled materials and inspiring positive quotes. The eco-conscious and environmentally friendly restaurant is the place to go if you're looking for natural, healthy food whilst staying on Sal Island.Cape Fruit is located on Rua 15 de agosto in Santa Maria on Sal Island in Cape Verde They are open every day from 08.00 hrs till 16.00 hrs, or 8 am till 4 pm, and also provide take away meals. Please subscribe for more info about Cape Verde, or check out my travel blog for solo female travel and sustainable tourism in general:https://www.splashpacker.comI'm currently catching up with content from my Cape Verde travels whilst also sharing about my life in the Canary Islands. I like to focus on REAL things that can't be replaced by A.I., such as REAL food, nature, arts created by human, music created by humans, and much more during my travels.Cape Fruit is located on Rua 15 de agosto in Santa Maria on Sal Island in Cape Verde#salisland #capeverdeislands #travel #healthyfood #ecoconscious #ecofriendly #recycledmaterials #positivequotes #capeverdeislands #freshveggies #healthylunch #splashpacker
